Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

For auto-renewable subscription services in the Helix App

1. Subscription Services

  1. Individual Pro Membership: monthly subscription for 1 month and annual subscription for 12 months.
  2. Individual Elite Membership: monthly subscription for 1 month and annual subscription for 12 months.
  3. Family Premium Membership: monthly subscription for 1 month and annual subscription for 12 months.
  4. Enterprise Premium Membership: annual subscription for 12 months.

2. Subscription Prices

Individual Pro Membership

Monthly: US$7.99 / month

Annual: US$74.99 / year

Individual Elite Membership

Monthly: US$14.99 / month

Annual: US$149.99 / year

Family Premium Membership

Monthly: US$19.99 / month

Annual: US$199.99 / year

Enterprise Premium Membership

Annual: US$149.99 / year

The final charge may vary by country or region, taxes, exchange rates, or Apple pricing adjustments. Please refer to the price shown on the App Store purchase page.

3. Payment

After the user confirms the purchase and payment, the subscription fee will be charged to the user's Apple ID / iTunes account.

4. Auto-Renewal

The subscription is an auto-renewable service. The Apple ID / iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. After a successful charge, the subscription will automatically renew for the same duration.

5. Cancellation

To cancel auto-renewal, please turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Otherwise, the system may charge you automatically.

Cancellation path: open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select “Helix” → tap “Cancel Subscription”.

You may also manage or cancel the subscription through App Store → profile icon in the upper-right corner → Subscriptions → select “Helix”.

6. Activation and Restore

After a subscription is purchased successfully, the corresponding membership benefits will be activated in your Helix account. If you change devices, reinstall the app, or your benefits are not synchronized, please use “Restore Purchases” in the app or contact Helix support.
